The person impersonated Delta Airlines Customer service. The person booked an airline ticket acting like a delt airline rep. However, after calling my bank due to two payment for the ticket, I was informed that one payment of $174.84 went to DL Travel Agent. This person never said he was a travel Agent, he pretended to be a Delt Airlines Representative. And never said that $174.84 was being charged to a travel agent , which they did not say they were.
