We signed up to see how the service of getting your Nexus Membership works, Jaime Jackson reached out and was so extremely rude. As anyone would, I questioned their credibility as it seemed super fishy. She got very upset that I questioned if she worked for the Government (or Nexus) and right after that, her tone changed and she cut me off, she yelled, she mocked me saying "hey please stop cutting me off" - she was so outright trying to make a 'sale' as opposed to trying to help you. This is a massive flag, stay far away from Travel Flow Services, Jaime Jackson and Nexus Pass Online

I received email months ago. Company contacted me again under the guise of Nexus affiliation asking for personal information, and they said it would be $700 to apply for Nexus card. Police Report opened.

Fooled me into thinking I was dealing with the Government of Canada Nexus department Signed an agreement with them thinking it was with the GOC for the Nexus card. Nexus Pass Online withdrew the money from my account that day. When I realized the error, I phoned and asked for a full refund and wanted the agreement cancelled. They refused to refund my money. I contacted my credit card company who won the dispute with them and refunded my money. Nexus Pass Online now has a collection agency contacting me to collect the money and have also threatened legal action.

I applied to the Nexus online application where I then recieved my date for the application process via email. Prior to this I recieved this email " Hi Tiffany,

Just a quick note to make sure you're still at (905) 920-6727 - I tried calling you with no luck and sent you a text message.

This is regarding your assessment for your NEXUS Application that you requested. Kindly respond to this email with the best time & number to call you.

Whichbu found odd because nothing came through. As soon as i read the email, the phine call came through. I was asked reguakr questions at first, Name, Age, why my interest in the Nexus Pass?. All to which I answered. It started getting odd when asking for names without middle names. With a level of Nexus secruity wouldnt middle names be required? Then the process of the fee, starting at $800 USD per person and it only qent up from there! As there were 3 level of packages. The last one came with a Vegas vacation and you Necus pass woukd be given to younwithin 6 month processing time. HOWEVER, the cost was $2000 per person! After 5 year though itnwould obly be $50 per person. Apperently it was an amazing deal due to the holiday. I clearly stated we do not have that type of money as she also knew our occupations. She then hung up on my quickly!

Claimed to be a Nexus application processing center. Asked for all personal information and $697.00 to process the application within 10 days.

Wanted to get a nexus card and was targeted through an instagram add. Didn't check up on it as I should have and sent $1200 for a fast tracked nexus membership. They called me and mailed me documents. Thankfully I never sent my passport information.
