I booked with this so-called company three transfers: from LAX to cruise port (Oct 15), from cruise port to Miyako Hotel in Little Tokyo (Oct 22) and from hotel to LAX (Oct 25). The first two transfers were omnishambles. We found out that the "company" did not own cars of their own but hired UBER cars for the transfers. The Oct 25 transfer was paid for in advance (US$120) but never happened. What they said was that no cars were available. They promised to refund which never materialized.
