Called to expedite a passport. Agency told me all they did to help & gave me full confidence although I did ask for verification of legitimacy. They gave me the bba rating, trustpilot & referred to reviews. I trusted the process & they asked I prepay before anything was accomplished. I didn’t like it but trusted the girl talking to. I paid via cc. Then filled out all documents & uploaded all personal info onto their website. They got me an appt @ an acceptance agency. We showed up & it was a scam. I called to let her know, she had no answers. I asked for my money back & she tried to charge me for a cancellation. Ridiculous. Do not use!
