I received a message saying rex was for sale and he was in Texas. I payed 800$ using zelle and made travel arrangements from pdx portland to Austin texas plus a rental car for two days intending to drive back. Once the seller found out I was coming out to get the dog he declined to allow me over to pick him up. He keeps stating paperwork and additional money to be paid. I believe he is scamming people and trying to delay people so the money will go through and the checks cannot be stopped.
