I placed an order for a Treadly2 treadmill and my credit card was immediately charged. I waited 10 weeks and no product was delivered. When I emailed customer support they responded but said supply chain issues were the problem. I finally gave up and cancelled my order - still awaiting the credit. I recommend staying away from this company. A competitor had a similar product delivered in 2 days.
