I was contacted by text message about being shortlisted for an online interview for a position offering suspiciously higher pay than industry standards. They were hesitant to talk on the phone and took an instant interview through Teams App. Although they asked seemingly legit interview questions but there were many red flags. They asked me to purchase apple products using the "check" they will send me to my home address. Had a phone call but the guy was hardly able to say anything in English. Asked me to send them the W4 form before even giving me the "offer letter". Asked for my address but I never gave it to them. BIG TIME Scammers.

they reached out regarding job employment and after going through a suspiciously quick hiring process i was offered the job and asked to send my personal information for "id verification" though skype. the whole interview process was conducted via skype messages and no video or audio was used.
