This person tried to sell me a dog online (no money was exchanged). The website looks real enough, but the person would not answer my questions about the dog or his membership in professional dog organizations. He wanted me to wire him two separate transactions, one for $300 and one for $298. He keeps sending me emails asking me to send him pictures of my Western Union receipts (of course, there are none). He claims to be in Richmond, TX, but I noticed that his email times are consistent with Western Europe. It’s the obvious puppy scam.
