I placed an order with this website on the 17th of may 2020. The date today is the 17th of October 2020 and nothing has been received. I received and email after I purchased an item, confirming and informing me that my tracking information will be sent once the item was dispatched. On the 25th of May I received another email letting me know that my order is delayed because of COVID-19, but will be on its way shortly. That’s the last I heard. I have sent 10 emails, Facebook messaged them, posted on there Facebook, on there photos. Any place I could to try and get someone to respond to me. But little did I know that me and many other were victims of this scammers website. They took the money off my card, and about 3 months after this, my card was hacked by an ‘undetected’ hacker. I 100% associate my purchase from treasure scout, to the reason for my card being used by hackers. I don’t know why this website or company hasn’t been investigate or shut down and I have read so many different stories from so many victims like my self going through the same thing. It’s disgusting.
