I received a prerecorded message of a man with a foreign accent telling me that he was calling from the Treasury Department. If I didn't take action court and legal proceedings would ensue. I did not call the number he gave, which was 470-231-0889. Instead I googled U.S. Treasury and discovered this is a scam.
