Called initially from RESTRICTED. Informed him I was driving a few hours later - wants me to purchase an electronic receipt for $400 and send to address above.
Texted me from phone 876895 5549 then from same number informed me to call them back at 876 346 8055 to complete my transaction.
They will then have Publisher's Clearinghouse send me $895,000.
