On may 2020 i bought online from a company called Tree Prime a Curly Bun Comb Clip 22.94$. Now it s July and i haven t received it. They tell me that i will receive my order but i waited too much. Please check them.

A company called Tree Prime was advertising hair accessories called Bundle Hair Bun and Bangs on Facebook. On May 2, 2020 I ordered two Bundle Hair Bun and Bangs for a total of $53.95. I never received it. I have emailed the company Tree Prime on numerous occasions. The company keeps replying that it's on it's way. They have given me a bogus tracking number that doesn't make sense that's somehow connected to the post office. I checked with the post office where I live and they are oblivious about the tracking number. I asked for my refund and they will not give me my money back. They keep saying the order has been processed but I still don't have anything and they have taken my money. Please do not let this company get away with stealing my money. I am a grandmother on a fixed income only trying to make it. I trusted this company and it's advertisement and it was all a scam. Please help me get my money back.
