The treegens.com website indicated that they are "USA owned and operated" and that they provide a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee.
I ordered the golf game for $22.99 plus shipping for a total of $31.98.
What arrived was a small foam golf ball.
The fine print on their website defaults to a "high density practice sphere" (aka a single foam golf ball) for $22.98.
I contacted the company and they said pointed to the "high density practice sphere" language. So I said I was not satisfied and asked to invoke their 100% money back guarantee.
After approximately 20 emails and a Paypal dispute, they have now offered a full refund if I ship the ball to China. Despite their website indicating that they are USA owned and operated.
This is a total scam. The ads and website are misleading as to what is being sold, misleading when it states they offer a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee, and misleading when they claim that they are USA owned and operated.
