I ordered this product on June 14 and it states it was delivered July 3rd. It was a golfing game I ordered online. After I contacted them stating I didn't receive the product they insisted I return the product or they could offer me a portion of my money back. I have over 10 emails going back and forth saying the same thing, some from them are even word for word the same email response. I keep telling them I didn't receive the product so there is nothing to return.

My mother in law saw an add for a golf game on Facebook. She purchased what she thought was the golf game For $32 (including shipping) until she received the product in the mail. Instead it was a small foam golf ball she received. When she went back to the product listing she noticed it did say the “foam practice sphere” in small print, but the product description never changed from the golf game so it was very misleading. I reached out to this company for her to return the product and receive a refund because they state they have a 30 day money back guarantee — No questions asked. They responded and said they would give her another small worthless product but she had to pay shipping for $8-10. I declined. They then stated they would give a 10% refund and she can keep the product. Therefore they do not have a money back guarantee as they state on their website because they won’t give us the info to return and provide her with a full refund. While she did receive a product, there website is misleading and they will not provide a refund as they state on their website.

Company offers a half price sale on a corn hole golf game but never sends the game. I am not the only person who was scammed. There are many others and they have stated the scam on their Facebook pages. Unfortunately I did not read them until after the fact. The company when contacted says they will send the merchandise but never do. They just send everyone some rubber golf balls. They are stealing from many people in small quantities. The service person signs his name as CS Abdus.

I bought an outdoor golf game for father's day. I contacted the company when it did not arrive. The post office even helped me look for this missing package for three days. I have cameras and we found NO evidence of it being delivered. Treegens started suggesting that the post office kept my package. I started researching the company because I thought that was strange. Turns out they deliver a small yellow squishy ball in your mail box instead of the game you purchase. I contacted them about this via email. The response from the company implied that the little yellow ball is all I am getting. They delivered something. We thought someone left the little ball for my son and it took me about a week and a half to make the connection. I never dreamed it was in place of the outdoor game I ordered. I then contacted my credit card company and made a claim so they can investigate this company. The numerous emails are tough to interpret. Not sure if there is a language issue or intelligence. The last implies the post office kept my package after they confirmed prior they delivered the mini squishy ball.

The website looked nice and is misleading! If you can get the website shut down, it will help.

This company advertises a golf chipper game on Facebook. $80 spent to receive half of the set made out of flimsy plastic and not at all what is advertised. Upon contact they tell you that you have ordered the wrong product and you can return it if you send them more money. After googling the business there are countless stories of similar events.

Treegens advertised outdoor golf/cornhole game sets on sale for $22.99 each. I ordered two sets and have received nothing but two foam golf balls, which they say is what I ordered for a total of $54.97. All email contact with them has been fruitless. They offer to have me send back the golf balls for another $20. I would like to file a consumer fraud complaint against Treegens.
