My account was charged May 16,2018 for $96.91 and I have yet to get a tracking number a response a email on the charge and status. This is bad business. What is the time frame on my order being delivered to my door? Where is my order? I have left several messages on a system that is questionable. I was also guaranteed a refund 7 days ago from a live agent and I have yet to receive that so if no refund then I want my order.

I'm in IT, I spot ish like this for my job basically and they did a great job of fooling me. Companies should NOT be able to screw people like this and I'm very happy to pursue a class action lawsuit about this if others are interested.

After submission I am taken to another page that states that " I may be charged anywhere from $1 - $9, and I will be charged a one time fee of $79.00. Ok stop the press!! The minute I saw that I immediately checked my debit card balance and I was charged a total of $87.95. I tried calling them at a number listed under contact us (858) 239-1022 (San Diego, CA). No answer. I called (256) 667-1162 today May 2, and spoke with a man name Ashley. Who constantly pointed out that when I hit the submit button I agreed to VIP membership as the site is a membership only site. I explained to him that "Membership only" is not listed in the advertisement. If that was the case I would not have placed an order. Ashley kept repeating that the information is right below the submit box. I kindly explained that all I wanted to do was place an order, not sign up for a membership to a company I now know I will never order from. I asked for my refund and he said they do not offer refunds, and if I am not satisfied with the items ordered I can return it and only get reimbursed the monies I paid for which is the product but not a refund of the membership charge. I told him that was an unfair and unjustly act to trick individuals into ordering products while at the same time collecting a fee for membership without the consumer knowledge. They have to be stopped as I know I may not be the only one who have been dooped out of funds for a service I did not want. I have not received a confirmation email or anything as of 7:55 pm (CST)
