I purchased two masks on 2/28/20 and have yet to receive them. I was given a fake tracking number to a non legitimate tracking website and for awhile received updates on the progress of the order. I even received emails saying that all of the orders received from February/March were fulfilled when they obviously were not. It appears that the scammers would like to keep the appearance that they are filling orders to keep people calm and complacent. I asked for a refund because it has been over three months and the package had yet to be shipped from the manufacturer. I was told that they would not offer a refund because if they refunded MY order, they would have to refund everyone else’s order which is suspect. The scammers have kept responding that this is not a scam and they would not be able to create a fake tracking number so that is evidence of their legitimacy.

Company claiming to be selling N95 masks. Bought 4 for my family costing a total of $71.82. Company sent bogus shipping tracking information that was fake. Placed order Feb 29, never received my purchase. Attempted to contact the company who re-sent me the bogus shipping information. Googled company and found numerous complaints online and on Facebook from people who were also ripped off.

TrendPicky.com is offering N95 masks. When I purchased 2, they charged me for 4. When I emailed customer support the very same day they said the order was already sent to fulfillment center. This was not true.

They then sent me an email saying the order has been fulfilled and was being shipped but the shipping tracking number could not be given due to system was not updated yet but would be provided within 2-3 business days.

After a week when I contacted them again by emailing support, they said that they could not provide any info on the package after it leaves them. They have not been honest from the start. All companies are able to track their merchandise if they actually mailed the merchandise. Then TrendPicky provided me with false tracking numbers that said there was no shipping info until shipment has been dropped off at mail carrier. It has been over 3 weeks and I have not received my order or any refund. They still cannot provide shipping info to locate the order on their end, but insist they are credible company. They are a scam. I asked for a refund and they refuse to provide one. I reported them with FDC as well as my credit card company.
