I ordered a hoodie from them and when it finally arrived; after a month or two; it was POOR quality, missing stitching, DIRTY, and the customer service is the WORST! I never got a refund or a replacement! I HATE THIS STORE! Do not shop with them!

The worst place to make an order. I wasted over 300 dollars and still have no items nor refund. They mailed me the wrong, items then keep beating around the bush. They keep ignoring my messages and call and keep telling me bull[censored]! NEED MY refund . I ordered since FEBRUARY ITS A ABOUT TO BE JUNE. THEY WONT PICK MY CALLS NOR ANSWER MY MESSAGES. GOD WILL PUNISH YOU! EVIL HEARTED!

Ordered a sweatshirt from them early March and didn’t hear anything for weeks. Contacted them and they said it would be shipped within the next week. Never shipped, contacted the again and then they give me an attitude saying oh we can cancel the order for you if you don’t want to wait. They then tell me DHL has to deliver the product to them and it will be shipped the following week. After two weeks and no update I’m canceling the order. DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are just scammers!

I ordered a hoodie on their website (trendssociety.com) for $73.20 on 01/01/21. It was on sale. Regular price was $98. I paid through PayPal as their website directed you to either that page or another page where it asks for your social security number to make payment. For obvious reasons, I chose PayPal. I waited two weeks for my product and didn’t receive any notification of shipping or processing. I emailed the company to ask for an update and was told I would have it by that week. Did not receive anything. I reached out again and they said I would have it by Thursday. Did not receive anything. I emailed again to ask what happened and when was I going to receive my order. They emailed back one sentence “you will receive your package on Tuesday”. I still have not received anything. I went on their Instagram page and they had just posted a new video of a hoodie. I went to the comments and saw someone comment that they had not received their order and they placed it 6 months ago. I commented back saying the same thing happened to me and that it had been almost a month now. Within seconds, our comments were deleted. I stayed on the page to see if it happened again and it did. Someone else commented about their order and the comment was deleted as well. I went back to previous posts and found another person who ordered last year in September and had not received her order after 3 months of waiting. I still have not received my order. This company is a scam.

I ordered on 1/1 and as of today 1/19 have not received a tracking number. I emailed them and told me they will ship on 1/13 and never did. Then said they will ship on 1/18 and never did. Horrible communication and rude. I have sent them emails these past 3 days with no reply!

Horrible communication and I was sent the wrong size shirt and I emailed them about getting a refund, they beat around the bush and then they sent back a nasty email and I responded and I have not heard from them since. So I lost about $40.
