I ordered a pair of shoes. Order took a long time to ship. When I finally got shoes, they were too small and nothing like I thought I had ordered. I called the hotline number listed. I didn’t get a call back. I called again. No call back. When my credit card bill came, the charge for these shoes was listed as Pristyles.com. There was a phone number. I called number. The number belonged to an airline pilot who had obviously gotten a lot of called. His message started with...if you are calling about an order you placed online, you have incorrect info...
Please, please, do not fall for these ads. You will fall victim to this scam as I have. I am out the price of the shoes but have learned to check out company before ordering.

My experience was a nightmare. I bought two oair of boots for $100.00. The fit was terrible and the vegan leather is nothing more than cheap man made low quality material. I have been back n forth with the customer service department with no resolution. I'm now contacting the BBB. I thankfully have a legal team I can use to continue this battle. I absolutely refuse to be a victim. and will use all if my available resources to get my money back. Its the principal of this terrible experience that has me angered.

They have not arrived.
Was sent tracking # for a package that was delivered in New Jersey.
I live in South Carolina so I can’t get an answer from them on whether this was my package sent to wrong address or what.
They won’t reply to me.

I bought and paid $60 for tennis shoes with zipper because of my joint issues and it took a month to get them and I could buy to same quality at Walmart for $20. The cam delivered in a brown bag inside of a clear thin plastic bag. They are the cheapest shoes I have ever bought. Will not be wearing them. I will donate and move on...never again.

I ordered shoes from the Facebook ad. It took 4 weeks for the shoes to arrive. Very disappointed in the quality of the shoe. The material is cheap, the sewing is horrible and the sole of the shoes are a cheap slippery, foamy like rubber. I have communicated via email several times as I wanted to return and get a full refund. Their return policy sucks. The offer they gave me was me to keep the shoes and they would give me a 30% discount on my next order. I refused so there has been no further communication with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE. Bought orthopedic shoes vis Facebook. After trying to call and emailing multiple times I received but it was wrong size. After hassle, can’t return. Sizing is not disputable. No info printed in inside of shoes think it’s a cheap knockoff.

I saw their ad for masks on Facebook and I ordered two masks on July 4, 2020. Their site said that it would take 6-11 days for standard shipping. It is now July 28, 2020 and I have not yet received the masks. I looked at Facebook reviews of Trends Universe and there are many reports there of it being a scam and that many people ordered masks and didn't receive them. I noticed that they don't have an address on their site and only that they are in California. They also have two different names for their site (Trends Universe and Legend home). It is not right that someone like this is taking money from people during something like Covid 19. They don't answer e-mails either.
