On February 11th, there was an ad on Facebook for a 360 Rotating Makeup Organizer. The organizer would be free to the consumer, would just have to pay $9.95 which I did. The FB page is still active but has no way to contact the seller and their website is no longer active or available on line. After researching more, since I have never received my product, it appears that this has happened to everyone that has ordered from them.

After seeing Trendsaft advertise on Facebook, i ordered merchandise from them. I even received two confirmation emails about what i ordered.

When i had not heard back from them after 2 weeks, i tried looking them up to check my order status to find that the website is no longer there. Luckily I did not pay much but others need to be made aware.....DO NOT ORDER STUFF UNLESS YOU CAN VERIFY IT.

I ordered something from this company and I have never rec'd my product. I have sent 2 emails and rec'd back an automated response that says they got my email and they will contact me shortly. I don't want this to happen to anyone else, I am going to contact Facebook to have them removed as a legitimate business as they are obviously not legitimate!

I ordered something from this site online. It was advertised on Facebook. I read everything on their webpage...they had all the verifications you need when purchasing something. After I ordered, I checked out their Facebook Page and that's when I realized they were scamming people out of their money without ever sending the product. There were other people on there that said they bought something and never received a confirmation email or their product. There is no way to contact this business other than a button on their website that says contact us. I have heard they will not respond to you at all..There is no address or phone number you can call. I am so mad at myself for buying off of them. I usually check everything out before I buy. Their page looked legit. Don't want this to happen to anyone else.

This "business" is on facebook and they supposedly sell products. They take money from yoyr account but don't actually send any products out. There is no customer service number. No human contact and when you google them their server and identity is hidden.
