I placed my order with Trendy Castle on 10/30/18 and soon after received a confirmation email with my order number and the details of my order. They said orders would be shipped in 1-3 business days. A week went by so I attempted to contact customer service via the email they provide. I got no response so another week later I sent them another email. I also attempted phone contact and social media contact. I received no response.

Made a purchase through their website that seemed legitimate (after doing some research) never received my product. Tried numerously to contact them on email, phone, AND through Facebook. They haven't returned a single contact. I have no product (which was a gift for Father's Day) and I'm out $**. Scammers like this should be imprisoned. The company sends my constant "coupons" via email yet refuses to answer where my product I purchased is. SEE AN AD from this company...IGNORE IT!

This business my two purchases from my account, and has no verifiable way contacting them, no phone number, and the email address does not work. Any real and verifiable business should have a phone number to reach customer service at.
