In summation: Trendy Hero, LLC advertise mostly electronic products on social media such as Instagram and they are misleading in description compared to what you'll receive. They do not function as described in their advertisement. The shipping time of 6 weeks from China is not clearly stated anywhere when purchasing. Their website does states 100% money back guarantee. However, it takes many emails before they even acknowledged a return request and instructions with how to do it. They state in that email money will be credited within 3-5 business days upon receiving item. Buyer pays for return shipping and then never receives a refund. Buyer will then receive no refund to his or her account. Furthermore, Trendy Hero, LLC will stop communicating all together in regards to the return. This is a scam on many levels and warn buyers from doing business with this company. It is only a matter of time before they're exposed further and go out of business.
