Trendyiron sells a flat iron and shares wonderful videos via social media. An impressive product but once you purchase it, you never receive the product. Total scam. Do not purchase the product, you will be out whatever you paid. All they sent was a confirmation text, that was my first clue. Three weeks later, still no product and no way to contact them.

Saw this ad on facebook for the trendy iron. purchased it and got a message its on its way. now the website doesnt exist and I am out the money

I saw an ad for this on instagram, and purchased it. My shipment was supposed to be delivered by September 6th, however when I checked my tracking update last week it had updated saying there was a delay with the delivery and now it would be here by September 12th at the latest.

However I did not receive anything yesterday and when I went to check the status this morning the website is no longer in service.

Please help me get my money back.

Ordered the Trendy Iron over a month ago. They sent an email saying that it was shipped. Then received a 2nd email apologizing for the delay. Went to check on it again and the site address is 'refusing to connect'. Don't trust this company!!!

I purchased a trendy iron and they changed the shipping date 2 times and now their website has been removed and you cannot contact them. And I did not receive my product and was not refunded

I purchased a product through online through Instagram. It was a styling tool for womens hair. I click on the ad and it took me their website (which now says IP server cannot be found) I sent $39.95 on the product on Aug 23rd. The company sent me a confirmation email with an order number to track the item. I also received an email after the package was shipped. I tracked to package, but it gave me an estimated delivery date of Sep 8th. When it didnt arrive I checked again and it said a delayed delivery of Sep 14th. I checked a third time for tracking and on the third time the website was no longer available. I tried to email the customer support email address but the email got sent back to me.

I purchased a hair straightener/curler thru an ad on facebook. The charge was billed to my credit card immediately $39.95 on 8/24/18. I received an email stating my product shipped and would arrive by 9/8/18. Every day I tracked it always said the same thing - estimated delivery 9/2-9/8. I still haven't received anything and tried to track yesterday 9/11 and again today 9/12 numerous times but the website no longer exists? I replied to the first email I received with the order number only to receive a delivery failure like the email doesn't exist. Now I'm out the $$$.

This scammer posts ads on Facebook. You pay them $40 and never receive product. Their email does not work so there is no point of contact! Do not order this product!

I bought a fancy hair iron from this company for her birthday and never got it and when I tried to contact them I could never get through email... their contact listing nothing they just stole my money n messed my wife's birthday gift

So $39.95 sounds like the best deal ever when purchasing a amazing hair straightener/curler right! Wrong!!! I saw a deal on FaceBook about this hair styling tool and thought $39.95 wasn’t bad. I purchased the item...was charged almost immediately and sent a email saying my order was received and will process soon. A couple days later it said my order was shipping and everything seemed normal. Except I realized I typed in the wrong address for shipping and billing so technically my card should not have even went through. But noticing my mistake I tried to email them, much to my surprise I get a response almost right away...but not from who I want a response from. It was a email stating that their company email was invalid and doesn’t exist. Needless to say I will be more careful making a purchase online. I just hate that I am not out $40 and it is impossible to get it back.

I saw an add on Facebook for Tyme iron; it’s an amazing product for curling ones hair. Trendyiron had it for sale at $39.99, much cheaper then the $150. The link for the shipping no longer works, and it’s been saying for 2 weeks that it’s on it’s way. I’ve tried to contact the company, but have gotten no reply.

I purchased the curling iron they were advertising through Facebook. The payment went through and I quickly received a text message stating my order had been placed. 1 day later I received another text message stating my order had shipped and a link was provided to track the item. Every day that i clicked the link it would say my order is ready for shipment but never shipped. After a few days I emailed the company throught their website and have never received a response. There is no phone number, address or any information about the company on the website. In hindsight I should have checked for that information before foolishly placing the order.

Multiple people have attempted to purchase the Tyme Iron from TrendyIron.com

Your order looks to track normally, they remove the right amount of funds. Everything seems normal until your package doesn't come. You try to email them, their emails do not exist. This is a complete scam. Many are waiting on their product, to never receive them.

Should've known better when they only showed one product on their website, but when you see a good deal you some times get excited. This was posted on facebook, where you hope you can trust.

Complete scam, I will not see this product ever.
