Ordered prom dress. Dress was cheap fabric and poorly made - did not fit correctly due to zipper misalignment (sewed in off center). Website said returns within 30 days. Emailed for return paperwork as it was not in package as stated. Email bounced to support, no response from service email. Called phone number and it goes to a private residence who was kind enough to call me back and let me know. She said she had 4 calls this week for the same issue. Googled address and it goes to the local Austin, TX Greyhound bus facility.
