I ordered the curling iron from trendyiron on August 25th of 2018. Got a confirmation email. It never came. I've tried to contact them but you can't. It's compete scam. And they got me for the 40 bucks plus tax and shipping.

There was an add on Facebook for a hair iron. My daughter sent it to me because she wanted me to buy it for her birthday. I clicked the link to the website and it looked very legit. Reviews, other products, etc. and made the purchase on 8/25/2018. I got an email confirmation and a shipping confirmation days later. The original delivery date was by 9/5/2018 (which was good because her birthday was 9/6). However, it did not come. When I went back to the website on 9/6, the delivery had been changed to 9/15. On 9/20, I went back to the website only to find out that the website doesn't exist any longer. I have no way of tracking it now. I have an order # but that's it! SCAM.

they offered the newest curling iron for a reduced price, but it never came in the mail and when I called the number on my credit card statement, it was invalid.

Saw Trendyiron on Faceboook and went to their site to order myself one of the ordered my product through their website. It is now over a month and no product has been delivered and no answers to the emails i have sent inquiring about it. Their Track package links don't work. Absolutely pissed off with this company and will be posting as many bad reviews as possible. Someone needs to hold this company accountable for robbing their customers of money. now even the website is down.

Placed an order from the website ($39.95) on 8/25/18. The money was deducted from my debit, I received a text message with an order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation, both with a link to my order. I have not received product and now the website is shut down and there is no way of contacting the company.

I also saw the ad on Facebook, thinking this was a great deal I ordered one. After waiting for the delivery date I looked on the ‘track my order’, Delayed so I wait a couple more days, nothing. Tried to contact the ‘company’ through the website only to have a failure to deliver message from email. The next day the whole website is gone, along with my money. Should have known better.

Purchased a TrendyIron for $39.95 off of a Facebook ad - received shipment confirmation but never received the iron. No tracking number was provided. Once the "delivery date" had passed I attempted to email TrendyIron on multiple occasions to inquire about delivery until the website completely shutdown. There was no other contact information (phone number/address) provided or found online. It was only then that I had started to find other reports of similar stories.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a hair iron. I clicked the link to the website and it looked very legit. Reviews, other products, etc. even took payment through PayPal. Got an email confirmation and a shipping confirmation days later. Now their email address in invalid, website doesn’t exist, and not tracking link. SCAM.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a sale on a flat iron/curling iron that usually costs $200. The sale was $40. It looked legit so I bought. I was wrong! I made the purchase and got the confirmation email. A couple days later I got an email saying it was shipped. I tracked it, everything looked fine. Then the shipment was delayed. And then the website wasn’t working. And then I emailed them asking for status and the email came back undeliverable... so upsetting!

When I purchased their hair straightener, they said it would be 7-10 business days. They took the money out of my account the same day. I received an email a couple days after my purchase and they said it was being shipped out to me that day. Two weeks later, I still had not received the product, so I went to the "track my shipment" portion of the email they sent me confirming my order. Suddenly, this site no longer worked. I tried to send them an email to the address provided in the same email, but it came back undeliverable. I have since tried 4 times to reach out them by going to their website and submitting a "Get In Touch" request and leaving a review, still no response. The "track my order" part of their website says my product is still on its way. It has been over 3 weeks since I purchased and they took the money out of my account--and I have heard nothing from them and still do not have my product.

I placed an order on a site that looked to be real. It was $39.99, they took the appropriate amount of money from my account, I received a comformation email with a shipping date. After month i had not received my item and the shipping date keeps getting pushed back. I sent an email about my order and never heard back. There is no other information on how to contact.

A sponsored ad on Facebook with a convincing video prompted me to order a hairstyling iron through their legitimately looking website. I was given a very weird and short confirmation and tracking info and the date to be delivered changed. I’ve now read on Facebook some comments that say they’ve never received their item and haven’t been able to get through to customer service. Now when I attempt to navigate the website, I am unable to do so as it says there is no website!

Facebook ad advertising similar model of Tyme hair curling product at a discounted price. Product was purchased on August 24 and has yet to arrive. Business texted item was shipped and unable to track shipment nor unable to reach out to them. Number no longer in service and hyperlinks not available.

I paid $39.95 for a curling iron -- I received confirmation and verification of shipment but never received product. Links sent via messenger did not work. There is no contact info for this company, only a small form to fill in for them to contact you back. Money was taken out of my account. Can get no response from the company.
