I purchased a top from this company Sept. 15, 2024. After ordering, I never received a confirmation, so I did research on the company. I requested my money be refunded the same day I ordered. They did not refund my money. On 9/18/24, I received an email saying it had shipped with a tracking number stating order would be delivered 10-15 days. I tracked the package and it never left Jamaica, NY. On 9/24/24, I received another email stating it had shipped but the tracking was behind on their end, On 9/25/24, I requested for them to cancel and refund my money. On 10/8/24, I received an email stating they intercepted the package and were issuing a refund, To date, I still have not received my refund. This business needs to be shut down, Numerous people are being scammed daily, because they advertise on Facebook, and people are ordering and not receiving product.
