I ordered a baby carseat from Trendyshop.com and was scammed. First, I noticed I did not receive an order confirmation and waited. I checked my credit card to see if it was charged and it was. The description for the charge was not Trendyshop but Univa Lafishoes Japan! I tr I ed to get in touch with Trendyshop to no avail.

Several women's clothing businesses I've purchased from in the past have been making offers as low as $2.00 for season closeout items on my facebook, so the Trendy ad didn't seem too unusual ESPECIALLY with a JCP attached! The ad claimed to be a black Friday special on some dresses for senior women often popping up as ads from some company in Southeastern US which have $5-$25 specials on a style being closed out. (I've never purchased from them.) The dresses I chose this time were all under $5, and were some of the exact dresses I'd been seeing advertised on my computer for weeks before! I tried to contact them and received the following:
