My husband found this website for English bulldog puppies and wanted to purchase one for our son for his birthday. He contacted the person who went by the name Casey Rilley Robinson or Kay. They went back and forth via email and she told him that she would ship the puppy from. California to New York and the puppy can be delivered to our door from the airport for an extra $50. She said she would need $600 wired in order to start the process, and it must be Walmart to Walmart. She texted me since my husband was at work and I went to Walmart to wire the money she told me to say it's for a family member since I would get charged more if they knew it was a puppy/pet business. I told her I've never done anything like that before and she said just go to Walmart and fill out the application. I did, she requested I send her a pic of the receipt showing the number letting her know the money was transferred. Later that day she sent me a pic of her shopping for supplies for the dog to ship with him and asked if she can see pics of our home and family so she can know where the puppy would be going to. I sent them via text. She never corresponded via phone call since she claimed to be in the doctors office for 3 hours and the connection was hard to hear. Around 8pm I recieved a text with a full flight intinery with flight numbers and times layovers etc from continental airlines. But later that night around 10pm we recieved a phone call from a man claiming to be from an agency called pet fast pets that needed $1400 for pet insurance to fly the puppy via continental airlines. My husband took the call and was told if he didn't have the money then they can't ship the dog and to contact the breeder. They told us the $1400 was refundable once the dog arrived safely to the destination. She called back that night and said she knew nothing about that maybe we can send half and she would put up half and we told her we didn't have it to give. She spoke broken English and said after a text fight back and forth she would refund the money $650 in the morning. She said she was at work and would get a break in 2 hours which would put our time at 12 midnight we waited up and called again texted again no answer.
