I was trying to set up a new Trezor Safe3 wallet. This is all brand new to me. I was on the Trezor app and somehow through clicking link I must have ended up on a bogus Trezor website. I was looking for the support from Trezor which, come to find out, is very limited and hard to find unless you want to sit and read reams of information. Trezor support is not good, but they will tell you they are sorry it happened to you. Hands clean. While clicking around the website, the Chatbot came on and I started a chat. While chatting they said they will call me and did. I was handed off to another individual and that individual had me put a screen share software on my computer(First huge mistake) and then some time later, had me type my seed phrase into notes and then cut it. This all seemed odd, but I did it... At that point they must have done a screenshot.

With what is at stake with this process and how seemingly easy it is for scammers to watch and intrude on the support process, I hope the companies providing these "Solutions" start adding better support instead of asking you if you want to pay for an hour long video to learn more about how this all works. With Trezor, buyer beware.
