Contractor came to my home to do an assessment, once completed he asked for payment. A check was written. Contractor stated he would have the report to me by the weekend. He said he would not cash the check until the report was sent to me. I never received the report. Writer gave the contractor extra time to complete report. 1.5 months after, check was cashed. And the report was still not sent to the writer. Writer called asking to be refunded for failure to meet deadlines contracted stated and that the report was not done and sent to me. Contractor said he would send me the money back. One month later, I have received no money. The contractor will not return my calls or texts.
