I ordered a one time order 3bottles 2free.now I get 5 bottles every month.Big time ripoff.put them out of business quick! Help! Please this not right and should be stoped from happening to others also I am on fixed income. I can't afford this help!

same happened to me - i order 1 bottle TriLeaf CBD and they send me 2 bottles and charged me a different price - I complained and returned the complete order - which they confirmed by email received - now the refund is another story... emailed me that the refund to my cc "failed" and that they can do an "e-check" which of course i refused! told them 2 options: refund back to my cc (like everybody else) or mail a check. They keep sending the same email to apply for an "e-check" which of course will not do... so I called customer-support - and after i gave them my name, order # and zip code - they still wanted more info my address phone email and other info... i refused. with the order # it should come up immediately, so i felt uncomfortable and denied the request. so back to square one - I will dispute the charge with my cc company - this is obviously a scam!

I didn't order a second batch of xtreme fit keto gummies from p.o. box 7000 Smyrna, TN 37167! I only ordered one batch awhile back! So today Saturday, I got more gummies bottles! So 😠 they charged my credit card for $198.78! Please help me, thank you!

On Friday, June 23, 2023 I was looking for a supplement for tinnitus. I found what seemed like a legit company, called Tri Leaf using "Shark Tank" as a reference and science report and testimonials. My ears have been bother me for quite some and I didnt do the research I should have. They listed three options. I chose a 59.99 option. The next morning (less than 12 hours later) I decided to cancel as I didnt have a good feeling. I looked in my e mail, and there was a confirmation of order that listed the price as 199.88. I looked at my bank account and there were two charges-one for 59.99 and one for 199.88. I called the number listed on the email, and told them I wanted to cancel. They put me on hold and then came back and said it was too late to cancel, but that they could refund me 70.00 and I could keep it. I refused and they said that I could send it back and it would be 3 weeks for a refund. I started to be uncomfortable with them. I looked online and realized it was a scam. I called back and tried to cancel again, and was told the same thing, AND that I had signed up for a subscription. I did not want that. I knew I was in trouble. I called my bank. They started a fraud case and I cancelled my bank card. My bank said it could take up to 90 days for the result of the fraud investigation.
