I fell for an ad I saw on the internet. I clicked on the website and filled in the information requested. The ad said get a free bottle of Keto Max and only pay shipping $4.95. Nowhere did it state that you would be automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription that would cost $89.95. I never received the product, so I emailed the company after I received the confirmation email that my order was received. I never received a response, so I completely forgot about it. About 8 months later I start receiving phone calls from this company saying that my credit card had been declined and that I owe them $89.95, and they want another card to charge it to. Well apparently, the card I has used had expired. I advised the caller I wanted to cancel since I never received the order. He said I had to call their customer service number at 1-855-722-7281. I hung up and then called the number given to me. When I told the person who answered that I need to speak with billing he said no they will need to call me back. I said OK. So, a few days later a woman calls me saying that they are the billing department. I explained that I wanted to cancel because I never received the product. She angrily said yes you did! I asked to have emails sent with proof of the delivery, I live in a doorman building where every package needs to be signed for. She claims we sent several emails already. I again said no emails were received and neither was the product. She started arguing with me. She then stated that I cannot cancel until I pay my balance. I said no I want to cancel, and I will not pay since I never received the order. She said no I will not cancel your order; you will continue to receive the items and then I will send you to collections. I said absolutely not this is fraud and I will make a claim to the better business bureau. She hung up. The number she called me from was: 917-255-3029. It has been a few days now with no additional calls. I hope they stop.
