I attempted to sign up for a trial subscription for an AI home design generator. It asked for the CC but I don't think that it charged immediately. After using the site for approx. 3 mins I was not impressed but I didn't think that it was a scam site. I closed my browser and didn't think about it but about 4 months after, I saw a strange charge for $49.68 for the last 4 months. During this period, I had never received a reminder to tell me that the trial period was about to end and that I would be billed nor did I ever receive an invoice of the monthly charge. I couldn't even make out who the company was from the CC statement but somehow, I remembered my experience of using the portal and suspected that it was that. I went to the website WWW.EXTERIORFLOW.COM and I was able to reset my password to login. I immediately searched to find the cancellation option which I eventually found but it crashes out and essentially you cannot cancel. There is an option to send an email to [email protected] which I did requesting that they cancel my subscription immediately! However, I received a reply from "[email protected] on behalf of [email protected]" indicating that my subscription had ended - see message wording:

Your subscription has been canceled.

We're sorry to see you go, but we thank you for giving us a try.

Your subscription to Exteriorflow $49/mo Plan will remain active until Mar 10, 2108. If you didn't mean to cancel or wish to continue your subscription, you can reactivate your subscription at any time.

I do not believe that the subscription was actually terminated so I blocked my card and will change it.

I also tried checking the invoice history, but it sends you to a billing site, https://billing.stripe.com with the same logon credentials and it tells you that there is no transaction history.

THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM but there are fake testimonials on Trust Pilot giving it 5 stars..
