Initial company name was Arriba. Product was ordered on 11/16/19. Confirmation e-mail was received followed by tracking information which was found to originate in China and not the US. Product ordered was a robot camera for cats. Item received on 12/3/19 was an educational toy which did not speak English. Company only had an e-mail for contact information. Of note, the company name was changed to Triangletop and associated e-mail was changed as well. Both e-mails were tried unsuccessfully on multiple occasions to reach a resolution. This is a scam.
