I purchased two items at a low price plus shipping. They a few days later charged my bank account $197.03, unfortunately my bank didn’t catch that one so I’m dealing trying to get it back as I did NOT approve. A few days later they tried charging me another $191.56 thankfully my bank denied the transaction. I call customer service and was told it was a trial, and if I kept I’d have to pay full price. That was absolutely a lie, there was nothing on the site stating that and now returning to the website it has changed and now two separate websites for each product.

To top it off, the items I received do not match what is shown on the website. The packaging is different, even the description on the product is different than on the websites.

These products are beyond cheap and gave me a chemical burn on my face (My dermatologists words!).

I tried to get an answer from them and instead I was informed I was rude, that I should have read the site more carefully and then got hung up on 3 times and can longer get through.

These people are disgusting and should be gravely charged, not only for stealing money, but the worst part is they’re selling defective products and causing people physical harm. It took 2 1/2 weeks for my skin to stop burning, itching, flaking and the redness to subside.
