This was an online transaction where is was not able to review charges prior to it completing the order, In my cart I know was $25. I pressed next thinking it would take me there and instead my order was complete for $167.65. I immediately called them several times, first person that answered hung up, I used there live chat and sent two emails.. someone replied to my email and said they would look into it. By the six call I was able to say what happed, Nyle told me she would contact the warehouse and I should hear back within the next two hours....now this is about 30 min after the transaction went through. I checked my email to see and someone contacted me saying that I would have had to contact them an hour...I replied I did within minutes, as soon as I noticed what happen. I asked that they cancel it. This person contacted me again saying he was not able to cancel that there warehouse already processed the order. I contacted Paypal, they told me this is a recurring charge, I cant understand why. I do not know what to do at this point.
