"Who is Trim Fit Select

I have been having problems with "Trim Fit Select" for the longest. I have reported them to my bank "CapitalOne Bank and my bank has gone as far as to credit my account the $1.95 and the same exact amount of $99.95 that the other complained about. This is the really sad point, I just went to one of my checking accounts and I see "Trim Fit Select" is back doing the same thing that they did before, charging my account their typical amount, 1.95 and 99.95. I would think that CapitalOne, as big of a bank as they are, would have by now put a red flag on that account and by now would have figured out that "Trim Fit Select" is stealing money from CapitalOne and their customers by now and did something.
I wonder if anyone is having problems with "Trim Fit Select" from any other banks besides CapitalOne Bank? I was going to change banks and maybe go to Chase Bank but it seems like Trim Fit Select must have connections with someone very high in the banking world and those top officials are making millions ripping off customers around the USA.
I wonder if one of our ex-presidents of the country or someone high in the House or Senate has their hands in this too. I think that all Americans realize by now that they say they will represent the people but when the get to Washington DC the work only for themselves.
While I am here, does anyone have any idea how the people of the USA can get a personal vote (like on election day when we all vote for president) on a new law that puts TERM limits on House and Senate members? I think term limits would force members of congress to work for the people and not themselves.
