Trim Genisis offers a trial offer for $4.99@ for their products CarcinaCambogia and Forskolin that helps to loose weight. Somewhere in the fine print (Never saw or read this) that you have 14 days to send back or you get charged an extra $79.95 for that one bottle. When I saw this on my bank statement I immediately called to say what is this?? That is how much one bottle cost you from a very rude and disrespectful representative. After a short disagreement she cancelled my order. I was very specific in making sure she cancelled both bottles. She said yes she did. This morning I get another charge for $84.97 for the Forskolin. Again a rude representative answered my call. She proceeds to tell me the last charge never came through.. I have bank statement to prove it. No second bottle ever sent. She finally give me a $63.72 credit. This is not acceptable.
