Type of a scam Online Purchase
Product that used to be Keto Burn is now just called Keto.
During Jan I placed an order w/a company called Trim Life Labs for what I thought was to be 5 bottles - 3 + 2 free - for a total of $39.99 w/no cost for shipping. I was actually charged $199.99, but it couldn't complete bc the credit card didn't have the funds. When I learned how much it really cost, I told them to cancel the order, but instead the company tried 3 more times to charge the card until I learned what they were doing, then I called them back and repeated the request to cancel and told them to quit charging my card.
The beginning of Feb, I placed an order, understanding that the total 5 really meant pay regular price for 3 bottles and get 2 more free, which would be equivalent to paying $39.99 for each bottle, which isn't true either, bc only one bottle is $39.99, the other 4 bottles are $40ea. When I placed THAT order, there was nothing stating that it was to be a recurring transaction each month, but I was given the opportunity to select getting a supply each month, which I refused to accept.
However, I learned that Trim Life Labs tried to charge that second card AGAIN this month, Mar, but wasn't able. If only I'd done the research first!???? What's really bad is that I can't afford to spend that kind of money but had hoped it'd really work! My questions: who are all the people they show the before and after pics of and how did THEY really lose THEIR weight?!? What's so frustrating is that I should've known it was a scam bc the ad keeps saying, "last day to get free bottle" each day I see it!
