After applying for the position of Customer Service Representative with this company, I received an offer from Stefan Huber, Development Manager to start a probationary period with the company, with the opportunity to become an Operations Support Specialist. So, if I accepted the offer, I would need to sign and submit the attached "Probationary Employment Agreement." In this agreement, you are asked to provide your online banking information for the purpose of processing transactions. This is so that you can familiarize yourself with the duties of the Support Specialist position and for the company to see how dependable you are in the first phase of the "probationary period", working outside the office. There are two (2) phases. The second would be to work in the company office if your successful in the first phase.
