I Googled to get an address to send away for 2 copies of my sons birth certificate & this tramita site popped up several times. I paid $121.00 then they emailed me asked for a valid ID I sent that. 2 weeks later they had not acknowledged the corrected information THEY did & after I cancelled & asked for a refund as it states they keep $20, not I have an email from them that they have charged me $65 because of the work they have done I’ll receive $45!!! I’m also filling out an FBI scam paperwork!! I’m so angry!! DO NOT USE THEM I pray ppl will check out complaints about a company as I did not.
