Type of a scam Online Purchase
I don’t know how they can do that on Google, I was confused why it was a local number instead of an 800 number. So I call again, still let Google call for me, it called the same number. I thought it might be the employee in local airport.
The agent (with Indian accent) who answered pretended to be a united agent. When I said I wanted to change my reservation date the agent said I need to pay them $675 difference and this will be reimbursement by united airline. Then I realized their email is not united airline’s email, they said they are the company that co-work with united airline, and they collected the fee first. That the way now united airline do for cancellation and change.(Due to the coronal virus )
The agent advised me that send an email confirmation for the charge and the email was coming from

[email protected]
[email protected] sent by a Guy mane Andrew Smith
and a website http://www.tripdrives.com/ is link to the email.
To let me believe they are united airline agency, they even sent me a fake email that has united airline email address.
One agent left his “personal” phone number to me, 510-405-3622 name Jame.
Later I call 800 number of united airline, agent said they never heard of Trip Drives. And no company is taking their work and collect charge for them.
