After attempting 5 calls they won't give me code to get refund that is promised in the first 60 days.Bought product on 5/18/23 and recieved 5/24/23.. called 6/20/23 gave me run around said try without coffee. Did and called again6/28/23 as I have not lost only 2 # in 6 weeks and can't get to talk to a live person..Even used different phone # got a live person and he said there was no refund and hung up on me. Because they know my numbers I just get recording that I will be called back. Want to get product sent back before UPS goes on strike, if they do.. CC charged 472.00 for 12 bottles of weight loss pills
