Two men knock on a house owned by me. They try to solicit masonry work and money from my husband, who is a Senior Citizen and recovering from 2 strokes. They committed elder exploitation on an elderly man. When I find out they are already breaking concrete saying not to worry, we will work out a plan. I asked them to stop IMMEDIATELY. I told them to wait until I speak with my insurance company; instead they ripped up the concrete on my property and destroy the whole back yard an alley. Every day they show up with a few pavers they force my husband to give them money. They have no office. The phone does not work. You get cut off. They ruined my property and stole over $10,000 off my elderly disabled spouse. Additionally, they threaten me violence. I may be calling the police today.
