Computer virus, went online to find a company to help, I believe that the person(org) that placed the virus on my computer was the same one to pretend to help. Paid them $250 to secure my computer and now 3 years later they are leaving me messages at all times of day about the renewal. The first message wanted $9,800 for the renewal. I called back and cancelled the contract and was told that they need access to my computer to remove their softwear. I am refusing to give them access again and now they are leaving messages that I owe them $11,800.
