I ordered this pair of walking shoes received the wrong size the quality of shoes wasn't good emailed tropimart for a return no response filed a case with PayPal they reviewed and denied claim. This Tropimart is a scam and their return process sucks! They should of stated no returns all sales are final! Which they didn't... waste of my money

I ordered two pairs of sandals my normal size of 8.5 US women's, and they were too small. When I tried to return them, I was told that I would be responsible for shipping. When I went to FedEx they told me that it was going to be $120.00 to return them (I only paid $90.00 for them). When I went to the post office, they told me it was going to be more than $60 to return them, because I had to have a tracking number, or the order would be refused when it was returned to China. This company is a scam, don't order from them. I decided to just keep the sandals and sell them on another site. They make it impossible to return an item that they listed as the wrong size. DON'T fall into the trap that I did. Move on and order from a site that you can return things too without the hassle.

On 5/21/2021 I ordered 2 pairs of their Walking Shoes for Women, paid $130.84 and have not heard from them since. I have not received the shoes. I tried to track the order and possible package, but have not been able to do so. I tried to go online and find the refused access to their site. I found on FB the following page "Tropimart Corner" with the link of tropimart.co/best-selling. Someone on this site posted an email to [email protected] asking for a refund as the product they did receive was not what they ordered and not useable. The response to this person was basically 'sorry we cannot refund you. Hopefully one of your relatives can use the product or give it to someone.' What amazing customer service right? ): I am asking for a refund also. Scam for sure!

I ordered two pair of shoes from this company based on great reviews (which I realize now were fake). I immediately emailed their support email; they responded with a generic message and once I asked how to return the product I haven’t heard from them again. There wasn’t a packing slip with the shipments. The shoes are of the poorest and cheapest quality and can’t be worn. I should have done more research prior to purchase.
