I ordered a product from their website in July 2020, which appears organized and located in the U.S. I received a tracking number for my order, which I followed. I then learned the product was coming from China. The tracking number stated the product was delivered to my home by USPS on a certain date. I never received the package. Upon emailing them, I requested a full refund immediately (I paid through PayPal), and I reported fraud to PayPal, as by now, I had done more research to discover they are indeed a scam. Trouserale has replied to all of my requests for a full refund (which are repeated and consistent), in the following order: 1. Check with the delivery service and your neighbors. 2. Would you like us to resend the product? 3. Would you accept a 70% refund AND a new shipment of the product that you get to keep? 4. If we refund your money, "it is subject to a $15 handling fee if we refund as oversea transaction." 5. Do you still want the product?
