TRS recovery seevices harassed and threstened me and yelled at me. Asked personal info such as how much i make and ehen i get paid. Claimed they were collectinf debt from my bet MGM masteecard. So they would leave me alone i agreed to a $35 payment over the phone using my debit card. My bank showed $65 was taken out. My online account never showed this payment went to my bet MGMaster card. October 7 2023 FNBO called which is the company my bet MGM mastercard is linked to with the phone app. They told me i only am 36.53 past due and can pay using the app if i feel more safe doing so, and placed me on a payment plan for 25 monthly to pay off the rest. They told me that TRS scammed me and is not over my bet MGM mastercard. They also said its illegal for any collection company to yell, thresten, and call names over the phone. I need this looked into!! I filed a dispute form, but the fax machine showed the nunber was invalid.

I received an email from Amazon Payments regarding an order that was cancelled. The email is included below. This sounds like fraud to me.

Hello,

We canceled order #111-6105162-7900243 due to your outstanding balance with Amazon.com. Our records show that you have unpaid orders that were placed using electronic bank account transfers. We cannot fulfill any new orders until you contact TRS Recovery Services to pay your account balance.

Amazon.com uses TRS Recovery Services to process customer payments made via electronic bank account transfers. TRS Recovery Services has been notified that your financial institution was unable to process a transaction relating to your recent Amazon.com orders. There are common reasons why this may occur.
