Online there was an ad that said try our sample for only the cost of shipping and if you like it you can purchase it. The shipping was only $5.95 and $2.95 they took my credit card number and then went to town on it. The product was awful and there is no way I would have paid anything for that crap. Then in 2 weeks they started to charge my credit card. They have to date charged $420.00 on my card I had to cancel the card to get them to stop. They didn't answer the phone or emails. I called the bank and they said "send it back and keep the tracking number" which I did. I had no idea they were going to do this if I did I wouldn't have done it in the first place. I didn't figure out what they were doing until I looked at my statements and seen they had charged for their awful product and over charged on shipping. This is the same company but they split the products up and said they were two different products so when you went online to cancel you had to cancel two products. I seen this and cancelled online like it said and then one month later after I sent it back and cancelled it they charge my card yet again. Needless to say this is a scam and now I am caught in it. The bank said" they have had thousands of complaints about this company "which is why I do not know why they let them use the credit card for this scam? I have went online to their site and seen that they have done this same thing to everyone and all the people who got caught in this want their money back. I went back to their site and hit the cancel button 20 times just to make sure they stop but they are scammers and I assume they will never stop. I would be happy if their feet were held to the fire on this type of business practice. This is the first and last time I will get anything online ever as long as I live I will never do this again but this is false ad's that say one thing and do the other. If I saw the TOS I would have never done it but I didn't see it on the ad. I have gone back and tried to find the page that will not come up for me now. Again I think this is a scam and they have set people up for a fall and if it has happened to this many people they must be making lots of money. The Rush Free 14 day Trial of this product has cost me over $300. I was charged twice for shipping and charged on day 14 for one product even though I had telephoned and emailed the company to cancel and instruct how to return the product. This was conveniently done on a weekend outside of office hours. I was then charged for a second product on day 16 even though I had canceled the order. Back and forth emails only resulted in my complaints being ignored and with no satisfactory resolution. I canceled my credit card so that they can't continue charging me for this "free trial". It is clearly stated that the trial starts on the day of the order and they are not responsible if you don't receive the product within that time. It took Canada Post 9 days to get my expedited parcel to me from Ontario. After 3 days use my skin broke out so I quit using it. These are tiny sample size containers that they charge nearly $150CDN EACH for. The charges are made under the names of Smoothskin and skinlook.
