It first started out as a female in which had called me saying that she Works Within The Offices Of Louisiana Government Assistance Programs And That She Was Calling on behalf of helping me get better Insurance coverage and that if I was already receiving Medicaid then she would make sure that I got everything that I’m eligible to receive but could still keep my provider if I chose to but I had to do an update she says next thing she says that she was connecting me to some guy in which could help me Fred to go with getting all the help that I deserve she connected me on a three-way call she didn’t speak English well that caught my eye when he connected with me first thing he asked me was do I have Medicaid a B what type of coverage then I told him who I have myCoverage through and that I just ordered my prescriptions and over-the-counter items yesterday through my provider and he told me that he is over them and he is able to do everything for me and asked me to give him my member ID number off of my card and I had given my first and last name in the beginning of the call as well as my date of birth and my ZIP Code But...I wasn’t falling for that one I’ve had identity DEF in the past quite some years back... from there I said thanks but no thanks because I was feeling like he was rushing me and very overwhelmed with knowing that there was no way that he was all these people he said he was and I told him that I was glad and very satisfied with you I have thanks but no thanks have a great day and he’s just like ohhhh shhhhhiiii****!!...I didn’t said what’s wrong Sir?... why I said violent language and why are you cursing now oh OK let’s see I know what it is ...You doubt that I was going to give you my ID number that you can get More of my information didn’t you.,.Now I am constantly getting an overload of unknown numbers calling my phone back to back
