I made 2 purchases in July 2021 and the company initially stated the merchandise would not be ready for shipping until October. Due to the nature of the item (Kobe Bryant Mama Jersey) & the demand, so it sounded reasonable. It is December 20th and I still have not received my orders. I just requested a refund. I made numerous inquiries & they responded once with a generic response. No phone number and they changed the contact email. I continue to send emails and IG messages to the vendor NO RESPONSE!

This is horrible, my love for a deceased player is costing me big time over $400. My home was damaged from Hurricane Ida and I'm now homeless and this time in my life all my dollars mean too much to be scammed this way. Please Help!!
